Best Blog Darts Thinker Award
Fear and Loathing in Georgetown has awarded my blog with a Best Blog Darts Thinker Award. This is the first time in over four years of existence that this blog has won any award. I am supposed to acknowledge the award and pass the award on to fifteen more blogs. However, I have not seen any requirement that I list all fifteen of these blogs in a single post. Also, FLG himself only named eleven blogs. Which I believe sets a precedent for procedural flexibility. I will name one blog that deserves the Best Blog Darts Thinker Award each day for the next fifteen days. The first one is Kristina Gray's excellent Kazakhnomad's Weblog. Probably not, but I will definitely link you tomorrow so my readers (some of the same are your readers) can find out the other winners of this most prestigious award!
Kristina: The rules are that you should acknowledge the award on your blog. You should note who gave it to you and you should award 15 other blogs. So, no you can not award me back.

Although I have had precious little time for blogging myself lately, I wish to thank you for this initiative. It is always interesting to meet the views of others, especially so on blogs worthy of notice.
