Sunday in Serenity

Okay, the sun has returned after abandoning us yesterday. Right now we are again in Utopia mode. I worked for a while this morning on the book chapter and got the demographic section hashed out. It turns out that in fact I had the same number I needed in the lost document in another document. Which I suspected might be the case since many NKVD reports tended to be summaries based upon earlier head counts. I also wrote a short paragraph on the decrease in births in exile due to malnutrition, family separations and other factors. I am not going to do any more work today until after the sun goes down. Now I am going out to the hookah lounge to smoke banana flavored tobacco and read about Afghanistan.

I don't get flavored tobacco. Does it really taste like it's supposed to or does it just taste like tobacco? And BANANA, JOP?

Frank, the shisha does taste like fruit. I ordered the banana along with rose and vanilla to try some new flavors. I had previously tried apple (traditional), mint (quite good) and strawberry. I do not like the strawberry. It is too sweet. I will definitely reorder the rose which is my favorite. I am currently out. I probably will not get more vanilla or banana. But, neither is bad. I just like rose, apple and mint better.

I really do not like flavored coffee, it detracts from the experience. But the flavored shisha is great. I have shared both the rose and mint flavors and am looking forward to trying the banana when I get back from my insane trip to the dark side of the earth. (not bad dope, just Minnesota) The flavor is very mild and pleasant. In fact, the whole hookah experience is pleasant and relaxing. I am thankful to GP for turning me on to this.
